Day 1: Tarangire National Park.
Your safari starts bright and early! We will pick you up from your hotel in Zanzibar and take you to the airport for a short, scenic flight to Arusha. If the sky is clear, keep an eye out – you might spot Mount Kilimanjaro above the clouds. It’s a beautiful sight!

When you arrive, your friendly safari guide will be waiting to meet you. First, you will enjoy a tasty breakfast at Forest Hill Hotel, a nice and calm spot to relax and get ready for your adventure.

After breakfast, it’s time to head to Tarangire National Park. This park is known for its large elephant families, and you’ll see plenty of other animals too, like lions resting in the shade, tall giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, and more. There are also a lot of colorful birds flying around, which makes it even more special.

You will stop for a picnic lunch inside the park, surrounded by nature. Then, you will continue your game drive in the afternoon, looking for more animals and soaking in the views.

By evening, you will head to your lodge for a nice dinner and a good night’s sleep. After a day like this, you’ll have lots of stories to tell already, and the best is still to come!

After breakfast, you will head out for another amazing day – this time to the world-famous Ngorongoro Crater. On the way, there will be a stop at the crater rim for a stunning view of the entire landscape below. It is absolutely breathtaking, like something out of a movie.

Then it will be time to drive down into the crater, where you will be surrounded by wildlife from the moment you arrive. Lions, elephants, buffalo, zebras, hippos, flamingos – they are all here! If you are lucky, you might even spot a black rhino or a cheetah out on the hunt. Your guide will help you find all the highlights and share interesting facts about what you see.

At lunchtime, you will stop near a hippo pool for a picnic – yes, you will be eating lunch just a few steps away from real hippos! It is one of those moments you will always remember.

In the afternoon, you will continue exploring different parts of the crater with more game drives. Then, as the day comes to a close, you will return to your lodge for dinner and a peaceful night. A warm meal, a cozy bed, and time to reflect on the day’s adventures, it is the perfect end to another unforgettable safari experience.
