Upon your arrival in Zanzibar, our safari manager will be there to warmly welcome you. They will provide you with a brief overview of your upcoming safari itinerary, ensuring you have all the necessary information.

Following the briefing, you will be driven to a charming accommodation in Zanzibar, where you can settle in and relax. Later in the evening, you will enjoy a delicious dinner at the accommodation before retiring for the night in preparation for the exciting adventures ahead to Mainland.

Catch the sea breeze and the smell of spices at this hotel in Zanzibar's Stone Town. The whole hotel, from the public areas to the rooms and apartments, are filled with character, whether in the Swahili wooden beds or the wall decorations. The hotel is right by the water, and you'll look out over traditional wooden boats (dhows) in the harbor. Relax in the pool and enjoy the restaurant too.

Day 2

Zanzibar - Arusha - Tarangire National Park

Your safari adventure begins today! You'll start by getting picked up from your hotel in Zanzibar and taken to the airport. After a one-hour flight to Arusha in a small plane, your guide will meet you at Arusha Airport and drive you for about two hours to Tarangire National Park.

This park is famous for its large elephant herds and ancient baobab trees, some of the biggest trees in Africa. While driving through the park in a vehicle with an open roof, you'll get to see seasonal swamps, savannas, and the Tarangire River, which is teeming with wildlife, including various birds, giraffes, impalas, zebras, lions, leopards, elands, warthogs, and elephants.

Later in the day, you'll head to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
